Andrew is currently working on character studies and capturing some of the unique personalities of New Orleans. These people are the heart and soul of the New Orleans spirit. Strong, interesting characters with a story to tell. Artists, musicians, performers. A snapshot of post Katrina New Orleans paying homage to those who have been here all along. These are large scale portraits (4-6ft) , playing with layers of pigment and textures. VIEW PORTRAIT GALLERY

This set was painted shortly after returning to New Orleans in 2006.  Many of these images sold before we could get a good photo. IF you are the proud owner of one of these paintings, please contact us. Some of the images were mounted on or framed in salvaged wood, some with an epoxy coating. Mostly Acrylics. VIEW THE GALLERY.
