Andrew is currently working on character studies and capturing some of the unique personalities of New Orleans. These people are the heart and soul of the New Orleans spirit. Strong, interesting characters with a stories to tell. Artists, musicians, performers. A snapshot of post Katrina New Orleans paying homage to those who have been here all along. These are large scale portraits (4-6ft) , playing with layers of pigment and textures. Portrait commissions are also available, an heirloom to last many generations. This set began shortly after returning to New Orleans in 2006 and continues to evolve today. From old houses, to local graveyards; bits of architecture to local personalities; there is no telling what you may find in this series as it continues to evolve as the mood strikes. Andrews illustrations have been featured in a variety of publications from childrens books to historical publications. From commercial work such as logo design and story-boarding to private commissions, Andrew works fast to get the job done on deadline. Since 1999 Andrew has been drawing whimsical cartoons for the masses. He began at Valleyfair in Minnesota, working for and studying under Tom Richmond of Mad Magazine. He later set up as a street artist in Chattanooga,Tennessee, he has worked at Universal Studios in Orlando & Six Flags over New Orleans. He has been spotted at festivals and Arts markets nationwide and also works private parties and corporate events. New Orleans is known for its unique graveyards and it was only a matter of time until they captured Andrews attention. This series is mostly pen and ink mounted on wood, some with watercolor or painted with some acrylics on wood. View Graveyard Gallery.

Andrew has been painting murals, theatrical backdrops, scenes, and faux finishes for years. Andrew is often hired for artistic entertainment at special events. This includes:
- Live Caricature Drawings- A whimsical keepsake for your guests available at an hourly rate. popular for birthdays, wedding receptions, graduation parties, corporate events.
- Live Art Paintings- On site painting to capture a scene and the ambiance of an event, these are very popular for wedding ceremonies or receptions, creating a wonderful keepsake gift to be treasured for generations. Andrew arrives on site and paints live,if needed he takes a few reference pictures and completes the work after the event.
- Stilt Walking- Andrew is also a dynamic performer who has trained kids in circus arts for several years now and often performs for fun on the side. Often appearing as the "Worlds Tallest Caricature Artist" or in festive revelry, Andrews towering form and charm leave a lasting impression. Andrew also juggles, plays with fire and a variety of circus props.
